No. Survyr is an independent platform. RICS does not endorse third-party training providers. Content aligns with published RICS requirements; always check the latest guidance.
Can I use Survyr for my submission documents?
Survyr helps you draft and review, but the submission must be your own original work. RICS prohibits generative AI in submission content, so Survyr coaches you and leaves the writing to you.

How does the Final Interview, our AI mock interview, work?
A realistic 60-minute RICS final assessment on a video call with a three-person AI panel that follows the RICS chair script: your 10-minute presentation, case study questions, your declared competencies, and the chair's ethics and CPD close. Practise in Guided mode, where a teleprompter drafts answers from your own documents, or Solo, which ends with a simple report showing each competency shown or not and the three things to fix first. Part of Assessment Ready.
Can I cancel any time?
